We are looking for ALL types of Vendors or Crafters selling or demonstrating services, products or food for PEOPLE or PETS.

All vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs and tents. This is an OUTDOOR event. In the event of cancellation, an email will be sent by 6am Saturday 10/12. Vendors required to be set-up by 10:00am and must not break-down until 6:00pm Selling Food? If yes, ALL vendors must contact the Town of Stratford Health Dept. to obtain a temporary permit for the day. You must do this even if you already have a permit from Stratford. We will be verifying permits with the Health Dept for all vendors selling food. If you have not obtained one for the day, you will not be permitted to participate. Thank you for your cooperation with this IMPORTANT matter.
